Abstract

Twelve new furylorganylsilanes and furfurylorganylsilanes have been prepared  by the reaction of 2-furуl lithium, 5-methyl-2-furyl lithium and 5-trimеthуlsilyl-2-furуl lithium with organylchlorosilanes, organylchloro-hydrosilanes, chloromethyltriorganylsilanes and silicon tetrachloride. β-(2-Furуlеthуl)trimethylsilane and 1-fuгуl-2-tгimеthуlsilуlеthаnоl-1 have been prepared by the reaction of trimethylsilylmagnesium chloride with furfuryl chloride or furfural.
