SYNTHESIS OF 1-ADAMANTYL-3,4,5-R1,R2,R3-TRISUBSTITUTED 1H-PYRAZOLES

Abstract


A method of the synthesis of 1-adamantyl-3,4,5-R1,R2,R3-pyrazoles by the interaction of 1,3-dehydroadamantane with  N-unsubstituted 3,4,5-R1,R2,R3-1H-pyrazoles in an inert solvent has been developed. It was shown that the NH-acidity (рKа) of the starting 3,4,5-R1,R2,R3-1H-pyrazole affects the reaction conditions and product yields.
