Abstract

The literature data on the methods of synthesis and chemical properties of cyclic azomethines, mainly isoquinoline derivatives, have been correlated. Examples of biologically active compounds of the 3,4 dihydro- and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline are given.
