Abstract

The N-(2′-hydroxyethyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline, -isoquinoline, and -silaisoquinoline, and their trimethyl and triethylsilyl derivatives and the corresponding methiodides were synthesized. The acute toxicity and psychotropic activity of the compounds synthesized were studied.
