Abstract

4-Quinazolinones are considered as an important class of heterocyclic compounds with various physiological activities and pharmacological utility. In this review, the recent advances in the synthesis of 4-quinazoline derivatives are highlighted. Only the methods using transition metal catalysis published in 2014–2017 are summarized.
