Abstract

The present microreview completes the series of publications devoted to recent advances in the synthesis of thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridines and systematizes their identified pharmacological properties. This study focuses on summarizing biological activity reported for thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridines over the past five years and rationalizing the influence of the type and position of substituents in the core scaffold on the activity.
