Abstract

This review considers the details of nitroarene interaction with arylacetonitrile, the possibilities for modifying the obtained heterocyclic products, as well as the condensation reactions of nitrobenzoic and nitrophthalic acids with hydrazine and oxalyldihydrazide in oleum. The results were obtained by the authors of this review and were published between 1994 and 2013.
